Pharmacy Benefits Project Coordinator

Requirements: Associate or Bachelor Degree HolderMUST HAVE 2-5 years of experience in US HealthcareMUST HAVE experience working directly with Clients or Stakeholders from the US1-2 years of experience in Pharmacy or PBM background preferredProject management experience requiredAbility to manage multiple requirements/projectsStrong written and verbal communication skills and project management skillsStrong attention to detail & proactive listeningStrong analytical skillsTime managementStrong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely mannerSelf-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issuesPrior experience working with North America-based pharmacy benefit programs (preferred)Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in BGC, Taguig Role: Serve as the Project Manager working closely with the pharmacy consultant, main liaison to the H&B client service team, our PBM partners as well as partner vendors, and support client deliverables on the company clients, which includes the following: Management of RxC programs/solutions and support operationsEnsuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and partner vendorsPharmacy benefit plan document review and analysisFacilitate Audit projects of PBM performanceAnalyze and compare vendor products, services, and contractsPartner with North American colleagues to deliver superior client service deliveryBuild relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teamsProduce high-quality deliverablesContribute to the development of new intellectual capitalStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all deliverablesPivot priorities as necessary and easily change direction based on guidance from the team
