About the Role ??e are currently on the lookout for an experienced Performance Coaches to join our growing team.

Our outsourcing company is based in Cebu City and specialises in the Australian financial planning industry.

• Champion team member well-being and ensure they feel supported.• Lead inspiring and motivating Tribe Huddles.• Conduct 1-on-1 check-ins to review progress and set goals.• Provide meaningful feedback on performance.• Guide team members through professional development via our Upskilling Workshops and Growth Academy.• Track performance metrics and support team member to achieve their KPIs.• Facilitate regular performance reviews.• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless support systems. • A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.• At least 3 years of leadership experience (e.g., Team Leader, Supervisor) managing 20+ team members.• A focus on team well-being, fostering connection and support.• Strong organizational skills for effective team management.• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.• A proactive approach to prioritizing tasks and managing your workload.• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with fluency in verbal and written English
