Payments Marketing

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Payments, the Payments Associate will be responsible for the growth of Lazada Wallet, and ensuring a smooth overall end-to-end payment experience for Lazada customers.
Key tasks and responsibilities
• Drive the adoption of Lazada Wallet through the planning and execution of projects and marketing campaigns
• Continuously improve payment user experience and identify opportunities for growth using data-driven insights
• Manage day-to-day operations and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer care, etc) to support the Payments function
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of work experience in eCommerce, digital payments, or related fields
• Marketing experience is preferred
• Program/project management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of product UI/UX design is an advantage
• Degree in Engineering or Management is preferred but not required
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to deliver requirements for campaigns/projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel or other related software. SQL knowledge is ideal but not require
