JOB DESCRIPTION

Payment Officer will be responsible for fraud prevention and detection via inbound phone call. A primary responsibility to mitigate and eliminate financial loss of the clients as well as any payment transaction between the client and the company.

Job Duties, but not limited to the following:

- Function independently and at a high-level within a designated team with minimal supervision.

- Effectively collaborate with extended payment services divisions, including the Payment Service Center Operation.

- Access reporting tools to review, complete, and update account records; ensuring and maintaining data integrity.

- Perform evolving duties in fast-paced and demanding environment.

- Be able to expand knowledge of basic fraud methods and techniques into a more advanced process; Including charge-backs, regulations policies, risk management, and procedures as the apply to member interactions.

- Contribute innovative ideas and process improvements on how to adhere to and exceed department goals.

- Manage individual departments specific metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any equivalent course.

- At least 1-year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Above 22 years old

- Preferably with the background as a Customer Service Representative.
