Job Overview: You will enhance your cooking skills and be in charge of preparing food, ensuring all areas and food storage is clean, properly sanitized, and organized.
Job Objectives: To provide good quality pastries while observing the food safety standards.
To ensure that all the areas in the kitchen will be clean and organized.
Duties & Responsibilities: Provide quality Mediterranean cuisine to a 200-seating banquet, fine dining restaurant, and a coffee shop.
Prepares food neatly on time.
Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures of the workplace.
Job Specifications: Graduate of HRM, Culinary, or related course in the Food and Beverage field.
Must be able to converse in English.
Knowledgeable in departments of Bakery, Pastry, and Pizza Making.
With at least 5 years of work experience in a hotel or fine dining.
Willing to work during weekends and holidays.
Willing to work full-time or on-call and on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work in Alfonso, Cavite (Tagaytay).
