Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using the OutSystems platform and agile methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.Lead technical discussions and guide other developers in the team.Conduct application design reviews and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.Resolve critical application issues and ensure ongoing maintenance.Manage end-to-end application development and continuous enhancements.Utilize industry expertise to create long-term value through high-level solutions.Qualifications: Proven experience working with the OutSystems platform.Knowledge of AWS and cloud technologies.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset.Ability to adapt flexibly to meet the needs of clients and teams.Experience in multicultural projects and environments.Knowledge of agile support tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Preferred Skills: Ability to provide technical guidance and lead teams.Flexibility in working across various projects and environments.Salary: 50-100k depending on experience
