Job Description
The Outbound Sales Representative is a critical role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for the organization. This position involves building relationships with potential customers, identifying their needs, and presenting products or services that align with those needs. The Outbound Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets.

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Makati (with a possibility of hybrid set-up after 3-6 months)
What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's Degree in any course or have finished at least 2 years in college or a 2-year Technical / Vocational / associate degree Course.
Experience in AU Telco preferred.
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
Time management and organizational skills

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within the specified time frame.
Continuously evaluate progress against goals and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and follow-ups to ensure a steady and organized sales pipeline.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with potential clients.
Effectively close sales deals by addressing objections and highlighting value propositions.
