Outbound Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Providing services to customers by offering the project latest current
services and ongoing promotions via outbound phone call
2) Convincing customer from a service into a successful registration of account
membership and at the same time to keep encouraging players to keep
playing actively with the service offered in the platform
3) To find ways to persuade and convince every newly registered customer to
made their first deposit into their account and also to convert active
customers to keep playing and make deposit in a daily basis
4) Ensuring customer account were always in compliance and accordance with
the Company requirement and rules
5) Performing follow up / reminder call and obtain feedback from both new
and existing customer of root cause of their inactivity period
6) General administrative task (Reporting, documenting, etc.…)
7) A good contributor towards team effort by accomplishing the target that
has been set by the Management

Requirement
1) Minimum senior high school graduate
2) Had one year working experience in BPO / Sales related industry
3) Candidates that have working experience specializing in online gaming
industry will be an added advantage
4) Willing to work in weekends, public holidays and shifting schedule
5) May start joining ASAP
