YOUR ROLE
Responsible for completion of day-to-day collection activities
Responsible for researching on customer accounts, queries and communicating to Sales and Customer services on any issues, solutions to help customers
Responsible to support North America Key Account Managers for the overdue accounts
Responsible to support Team Leader for any day-to-day activity such as reporting and escalation resolution

YOUR SKILL
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Minimum of three (3) years experience in Accounts Receivable
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Macro and SAP will be an advantage
Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
Willing to work on night shift schedule 09:00PM ~ 06:00AM
