Oracle HCM HR and Absence SME Job Description The Role
As an experienced Oracle HCM HR and absence SME, you will play a crucial role in implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Specifically, you'll focus on leading HCM Cloud Core HR and absence enchantments within an environment. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the project life cycle, monitoring & helping with HR and absence extracts,plete POC for new features, work with delivery team on release management, facilitating discussions, creating functional designs, and configuring the Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
Collaborate closely with Core HR and Absence design team, business partners, functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Centers of Excellence (COE) and Project Managers to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Project Leadership: Lead the customer through the project life cycle, emphasizing best practice process adoption. Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, facilitate productive discussions, and drive decisions. Functional Design: Create functional designs, configuration workbooks, and configure the Oracle HCM Cloud solution. Prior experience leading HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence implementations. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence modules. Optional experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules is a plus. Collaboration: Coordinate design and configuration with other functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope. Organization Design: Guide clients in developing appropriate organization designs based on their business requirements. Qualifications The Requirements 10 years of hands-on experience and exceptional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Prior experience leading HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence implementations. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence modules. Optional experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering and IT specialization.
