Operations Manager/Supervisor

- Graduate of any business related course.
- With extensive background in operating travel agencies and it's process
- Excellent people management and decision making skill
- Strong communication skill-both oral and written
- Willing to travel in whole Bicol if needed
- Must be residing in Legazpi City or nearby areas

The Travel Operations Manager manages all aspects of travel operations including reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support. He/She also handles tour assignments. He/She has overall control over day-to-day operations.

He/She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills. He/She guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues. He/She is able to think clearly in emergencies and ensures smooth tour operations in accordance with schedules.

Ideally at least 3-4 years of directly related experience in the travel industry, preferably as a corporate travel manager or travel agencies-
