Modernbrands, a leading provider of luxury furniture for Italian kitchen cabinets, Italian wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is currently seeking a talented and motivated OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

Ensures that the Vision, Mission, Goals and Targets of the Company and Top Management are effectively communicated and carried out to all employees.Ensures that the Company's Values are uphold and influence staff members to align with itWork closely with Top Management and management team to formulate strategic plans to reach Company annual targets and recommend policies and procedures to improve operations.
Operations

Ensures that the Company's revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded.Forecast Annual budget and target, schedule of expenses, analyze variances and initiate corrective actionSupervises everyday work of departments under Operations Group (Accounting, Admin & Logistics)
Administrative

Prepares monthly reports in-time for Management Committee MeetingsEnsures deliverables of the Operations team are on-time, correct and complete. This may include the following but is not limited to Financial Statements, Government Permits and Reports.
Project Management

- Monitoring and management of all projects alongside with the Design Manager to ensure on-time turn around-time and correct details.

Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.At least 5 years' experience as Operations Supervisor or Manager.Background in general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management, sales target, etc.Preferably with proven experience in sales, business development, strategic planning, partnership, project management, conflict management etc.Proven knowledge on operations management, operating standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.Background in furniture or interior design industry is an advantageDemonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, business correspondence and presentation skills.Amenable to work on weekends and holidays from time to time.Willing to travel to different business locations. Work Conditions:

Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
