Job DescriptionHelp the instructor in facilitating the online training programMonitor and participate in the selection process of the studentOrganize pre-bootcamp enrollment and onboarding Coordinate with instructors on the activities and projects of traineesCollaborate with instructor to better manage student cohortCreate proper documentation of cohort and progressGather feedback from traineesRespond to and manage student and teacher concerns; work with cross-functional teams to handle special concerns when neededAssists in arranging the training and certification of instructorsOther tasks deemed appropriate by managementRequirementsBachelor's degree holder in education, business, or related fields;At least 1 year of experience coordinating organization, school/online organizationMust have facilitation skills and passion for engaging with traineesFamiliar with using web-based learning platforms and modern online teaching toolsProficient in computer skills and knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google WorkspaceAbility to handle multiple tasks with good organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino);Logical, accurate, and detail-oriented with great organizational skills;As an Operations Associate, your goal is to enable a seamless, convenient, and desirable overall experience for students and instructors as they enter learning systems so that each and every partner is equipped with the information and support they need to succeed in their bootcamp. This involves managing many different processes, from student enrollment and career-building to teacher employment and training.
