FlySpaces is seeking a driven and passionate Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Antipolo. This part-time position is aimed at individuals who are starting their careers in operations and are keen to contribute to the efficiency and growth of our business operations. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support:** Assist with daily operational tasks including managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Data Management:** Perform data entry, update databases, maintain inventory lists, and manage filing systems to support the team's information needs.
- **Communication Facilitation:** Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing excellent service and ensuring timely communication.
- **Process Improvement:** Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in daily operations and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- **Reporting and Analysis:** Generate regular reports on operational activities, analyze data for insights, and support the team in making data-driven decisions.
- **Customer Support:** Assist in addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- **Documentation and Compliance:** Ensure all operational procedures and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Project Support:** Provide support in the planning and execution of special projects or initiatives as required, contributing to the overall goals of FlySpaces.
### Requirements
**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an operational or administrative role.
