Job Description:
Fetch Valet is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our valet service. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with valet drivers to ensure timely and efficient service for our customers
- Manage the scheduling of valet shifts and assignments
- Monitor and track valet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in training new valet drivers on company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license
