Onsite Call Center Trainer

We want you in our team!  CALL CENTER TRAINER (ON-SITE)
Starting salary: PHP 15,000 - 18,000 per month

Job Description: Conduct effective training sessions for traineesCollaborate with co-trainers, managers, and other leadersIdentify training needs and develop training plans based on business objectives and operational goalsEvaluate the effectiveness of training materials and create an action plan for improvementContinuously review trainees' performance, provide coaching & feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standardsMaintain training records and reports to track the progress of individual representatives and the overall effectiveness of training programs Qualifications: Proven experience in training/handling a team in any fieldTeaching experienceExperience in the BPO industry is an advantageFluent in written and verbal EnglishExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership, team building, organizational, and management skillsAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAbility to analyze problems and strategize for better solutionsExperience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platformsStrict adherence to company philosophy, mission statement, and goalsFast learner & Tech-savvyProficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office)Knowledgeable in using Zoom functionsApproximately 30 mins away from the Office (P. Burgos, Batangas City), and has a mode of transportation at night within their area So, why join us?
