Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Globe Telecom in Makati, Philippines. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling online chat inquiries from customers and providing them with timely and accurate information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through the online chat platform.
Responsibilities:- Respond to online chat inquiries promptly and professionally- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions- Escalate unresolved inquiries to the appropriate departments for further assistance- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online chat support- Highly independent and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze and solve problems effectively- Project management skills to handle multiple chat inquiries simultaneously- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
