Patient Navigator

Patient Experience Navigator will help guide patients and their family members through their health care processes and needs in the medical center.
Coordination with physicians to facilitate the seamless care and patient-journey
Welcoming them when entering the institution
Collaborates with the medical institution in communicating the needs of patients.
Providing executive-level and personalized assistance to patients, guests, and doctors upon request.
Full-time Permanent position

Candidate must be a Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree course but preferably in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, any customer-oriented course and/or equivalent.
Good verbal communication skills and listening skills, able to cooperate and communicate effectively
Computer literate in Windows-based applications
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Preferably with work experience in the customer service industry (eg. Concierge, Front Desk, and/ or equivalent.)
Advantage if knowledgeable of hospital terminologies and operations.
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City
