### Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships through various online channels, ensuring an exceptional experience that aligns with our brand values. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms.

- **Customer Support:** Respond promptly to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution while providing detailed product information and assistance.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for efficient tracking and reporting.

- **Product Knowledge:** Acquire in-depth knowledge of San Miguel Brewery's products, promotions, and services to effectively address client queries and boost customer satisfaction.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and product offering.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns or initiatives that enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.

- **Performance Monitoring:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of client engagement strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, adapting to new systems and processes as necessary.

### Qualifications:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the beverage or food industry.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with online communication tools and social media platforms.
