These webcasts aim to provide lawyers, accountants, and other professionals earn their continuing education credits, commonly known as CLEs (Continuing Legal Education for Lawyers), or CPEs (Continuing Professional Education for Accountants).Job Summary: The Online Campaign Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Team and other related teams. He/She is responsible for the administration and execution of the company's marketing campaigns, creation of marketing strategies, and delivering effective marketing programs. The position will work closely with the management and other relevant teams to administer timely marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities: •Creating, designing, and editing of campaigns, and workflows•Analyzing email campaign performances•Work with the management team and Senior Managers in a collaborative environment to help assess and fulfill the needs for marketing campaigns•Prepare graphic design and campaigns using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) •Creative and able to generate engaging content that resonates with our target audience•Able to generate leads for sponsored events and increase monthly revenue Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related field. Other college degree holders with relevant experience or exposure/aptitudes are also welcome to apply. Experience: This position requires at least one year of relevant work experience in the following: •Marketing Automation•Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like ZOHO Campaigns and Active Campaigns •Creating & Editing Campaigns, and Workflows•Analysation of Reports & DataKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:•Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PPT and MS Outlook)•Basic knowledge in graphics design and using Photoshop•Working knowledge in using Google Drive, Trello, and CRMs •Excellent verbal and written communication skills including editing and proofreading work, with high attention to detail.•With high comprehension skills •Strong ability to solve problem and multitask •Detail-oriented with strong organization skills•Excellent in decision-making with strong management skills and can enthusiastically collaborate with a team•Has a positive attitude towards work•Must be internet savvy
