Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as Office Staff. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
