About the RoleAs a Fraud Detection Team Lead, you are primarily responsible for leading a team of front-line staff members. You will manage the workflow and work allocation for team members and conduct quality assurance and provide developmental feedback where appropriate. You are also responsible for capacity planning, and you will be a Subject Matter Expert, handling any escalations arising from within the team and you are expected to provide a strong level of support to the Fraud Operations Manager.

Role Location: 30F, MDC 100 Bldg., E.Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Corner Eastwest Avenue, Brgy. Bagumbayan, Libis, Quezon City
Shift Schedule: Team is supporting 24/7 function with rotating shifts, 5 working days and 2 rest days in a week. 50/50 Hybrid set-up after training

What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience working in a fraud or risk environment highly desirable. A strong understanding of compliance and fraud processes would also be highly advantageous.Successful experience in leading others is necessary, and previous experience in a team leader or coaching and facilitation role would be highly regarded.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize work.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
