Willing to work on weekends.Flexibility to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and Holidays.Strong leadership skillsComputer literateCan start ASAP.JOB DESCRIPTION1.Keeps medical records of employees. 2.Promptly attends to the medical needs of all employees, members, guests and other entities.3.Provides proper treatment to all patients with the supervision of company physician.4.Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.5.Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients.6.Ensures that employees who are to be confined or are confined in the hospital are assisted and visited.7.Transports patient to the hospital for appropriate management and treatment.8.Reviews and evaluate medical benefits of employees. 9.Coordinates with the company physician regarding health conditions of patient.10.Coordinates and assists in the implementation of health education and training to all employees.11.Coordinates with CAAP and other accredited hospitals regarding all medical concerns of employees (referrals, medical diagnostic, laboratory results, confinement).12.Assists in the annual physical examination. 13.Maintains supplies inventory. 14.Maintains continuity among medical staff by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs of patients.15.Performs related task that may be assigned by immediate superiors.
