Qualifications:

College graduate and/ or Completed 2 years in college- with 6 mos BPO or financial service/ lending exprerience (BPO or non BPO- Bank, Lending firms) + 1 year Customer Service Exp (Not specifically BPO)

For the first wave, we will need those with CC experience

Willing to work onsite at Lipa site

CSR I Role: PHP 23,000.00- PHP 26,000.00

Compensation Breakdown
Base Pay: P14,000.00 (regardless of tenure)
Allowance (upon hiring): P9,000.00 + Tenure Allowance (P1,000.00 for ever 6 mos- Maximum of 18 mos only)
Standard 20% Night Differential Pay
