answer support/general calls from end users and resolve their issue
provision new phone systems, phones, port numbers
manage remote installation of internet & voip service with on-site techs
install/maintain/upgrade software for IP cameras
3+ years of experience with Asterisk, Freepbx, FreeSwitch
knowledgeable in Linux/Unix OS
knowledge of Grandstream & IP phones & provisioning such as Polycom, Cisco, Yealink
Experience with AWS and GCP platform is preferred for managing VPS
technical knowledge about networking, VoIP, how it works, capabilities, limitations, call quality testing
outside the box thinking and ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
must be organized and ability to document how-to and common troubleshooting steps
Telecommunication & Internet Support experience
Experience with Soft switches / pbx
must be a self-starter, outside the box thinker

Asterisk/Freepbx/Kamailio/FreeSwitch (VoIP soft switch)
Wireshark for VoIP troubleshooting
Basic software such as Logmein, Office, VPN, FTP, SSH & IP phone configuration & setup
CentOS and general Linux operation
Be able to speak & write English fluently with little or no accent
Above average communication skills
