National Sales Operations Manager

NATIONAL SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
POSITION PURPOSE

The National Sales Operations Manager is primarily responsible for financial growth of the business by attaining set national sales target and QSC rating.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver Results. You will be in charge of overall revenue generation and operational efficiency of the stores in your trade area.
Help us Grow. You will manage and facilitate business development and expansion of your respective regional areas through new franchise acquisitions and store opening.
Champion our Brand. You will work with the Franchisees to ensure that the customer experiences the best of the brand, by maintaining the quality, service, and cleanliness of all the stores in your trade area.
Lead the team. You will coach and mentor the Franchisees assigned to your trade area, for growth within the brand as entrepreneurs and store owners-and-operators.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF YOU:
Education
1. Are a graduate of any Business related course
2. Preferably possess MBA or equivalent diploma course but not required
3. Certi?ed Franchise Executive course or currently enrolled to the program (prefered but not necessary)
Experience
1. At least 10 to 15 years in Food Service Industry from major companies
2. At least 10 years in Sales or Operations
3..At least 7 years of experience as an assistant Manager or 5 years as Manager managing national sales operations
