National Sales Manager- It Sales

Planning, implementing company policies and procedures, and evaluating the performance of the sales team.
Directing, coordinating, and leading the sales managers in all sales activities.
Consolidating sales budget, sales projections, and approving expenditures.
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products or services.
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
Setting sales quotas and goals.
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Defining and executing territory sales plans.
Monitoring activities of the sales team.
Consolidating sales reports for Management Committee Meetings.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending sales strategies, policies and procedures.
Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Qualifications:

Preferably with Master Degree in Business Administration or Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or similar experience required.
3 - 5 years of sales experience in progressively managerial roles.
Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of information systems is a plus.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, interested in people development, cost-oriented, leadership ability, and can motivate people
Must be a team player, and flexible. With strong people management skills.
Diligent with great attention to detail, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.
