Description
Overall responsible for the achievement of sales target for all products, solutions and services. Responsible for managing channel partners, lead, direct and implement sales strategies. Provide strategy and develop tactical plans for the country to drive its year-on-year business success and growth in market share. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Sets objectives and monitor result in order to attain targets Provide accurate sales forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annually) Provide strategic insights and coaching to Account Managers and extended sales teams as well as drive the qualification and closure of major opportunities via joint sales calls, where necessary. Drive sales alignment with the distributors, participate in monthly review distributor performance as well as systems integrators development. Champion and manage collaboration between distributors and Sales Team's to drive and meet target. Monthly monitoring and report of distributor or channel performance and deliverables Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the company and competitors product lines and related business practices Works to resolve of customer issues, distributor conflict by providing resolutions and guidelines. Develop a thorough product knowledge competency on all technologies and services offering. Education and Experience Requirements B.S. degree in Engineering, marketing, business or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager in Industrial Automation or relevant Strong background in technical sales and marketing Requires experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Excellent planning skills and strategic thinker Possess leadership experience in developing business plans and leading a team of minimum 5 team members
