Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Maintenance personnel located in Pasay. The Building Maintenance personnel will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with building maintenance, including maintenance and repair, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance duties.

Qualifications

Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
Carpentry and Plumbing skills
Experience in general maintenance tasks
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
