Merchant Acquirer / Sales Representative

CORE FUNCTION Responsible for establishing and managing the merchant acquisition business in an assigned areaWill develop and monitor business contribution of handled merchants DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acquiring various offline/online merchants include reaching out to them, understanding their needs and finding a place for them in our industry where we can have a win-win solution among merchants, customers and the company.Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach and turn them into long term partnership.Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation. JOB QUALIFICATION College Graduate (Associate degree)At least two (2) years experience in merchant acquisition, sales or related field is a plusFamiliar with fintech and digital industryAble to develop strong relationship with the merchant partnersHighly motivated and target-driven individualGood communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skillsPositive attitude, attention to detail and customer orientedProficient in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
