Medical Technologist Bacteriologist - Main

The Medical Technologist is responsible for the processing of the daily workflow and procedures of the Clinical Laboratory, especially in Bacteriology.**Qualifications**:- Must be a graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, or related from an accredited institution;- **Licensed/Registered Medical Technologist;**:- **Must have BACTERIOLOGY TRAINING with CERTIFICATE from RITM;**:- Must have at least two (2) years of Clinical Laboratory experience;- Must be willing to be cross-trained with different machines and provide service on various technology platforms being carried by the company;- Must be good at problem-solving, and critical thinking and gives attention to detail since small differences can be crucial to a diagnosis;- Should have manual dexterity and normal color vision;- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong;- Amenable to work immediately;- Must be computer literate;**What you will get**:- A full-time probationary position.- Opportunities to grow and be promoted- HMO and Paid Leaves upon regularization- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm- Paid Overtime- Salary: Basic + Hazard**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)License/Certification:- Registered Medical Technologist (preferred)
