Job Overview The Medical Representative will be assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on diagnostics or medical devices, and a proven track record of success in territory management and customer relationship building.
Your Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for diagnostics products. Identify and prioritize target accounts and key opinion leaders within the territory, building and maintaining relationships to drive sales opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals, laboratories, and distributors to promote product features and benefits. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer engagement and satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and initiatives. Manage sales pipeline and opportunities, tracking and reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and results. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management to support decision-making and planning. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and promote diagnostics products. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor's degree. At least 1 year of experience in sales roles, with a focus on diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare products. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a territory management role. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
