JOB DESCRIPTION:Job Responsibilities Promote the company's products to healthcare professionals to educate them on the value our products bring to patients/customers.Achieve area sales targets and carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.Ensure the achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the assigned territory.Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining existing business.Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all facilities in the assigned territory.Provide reports to the Direct Manager regarding territory status, including forecasts, proposals, and business reviews.Ensure mastery of product knowledge related to the company's products and competitive products available in the market.Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with the company image, ensuring activities stay in sync with legal and ethical standards.Job QualificationGraduate of a bachelor's degree (Medical background, science, biology, pharmacy, nursing, etc.)Effective communication and empathic listening skills to relate to customers.Persuasive, impactful, persevering, and a team player.Self-driven, confident, and willing to be trained.Results-focused.Ability to anticipate, adapt, and act according to changes in the business environment.Interest in pursuing a career in sales and in doing field work.Knowledge & Experience: Sales experience.Proficiency in the use of modern technology.MS Office.Competencies Required: Selling skills.Territory management and business skills.Customer management.Multichannel and digital.Culture.The base pay for this position is: N/A
