Medical Interpreter For Japanese Customers

Provide customer service to Japanese patients residing in Cebu who visit our clinic.
Since most patients find English conversation difficult, we are looking for Japanese Medical interpreters.

The job responsibilities are as follows:
·Conducting symptom interviews with patients
·Interpreting conversation with doctors
·Providing explanations of medications in Japanese
·Handling phone calls and emails from Japanese patients

Consultations are conducted online and face-to-face at the clinic

1. JPN speaker (fluent) JLPT N2 Level (Certification is not required)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Knows how to use MS Office
4. BS NURSING DEGREE
