Mechanical Designer

Duties and Responsibilities :  Working at Teradyne, you will design and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies for use in the System Test platforms. This includes:
Design of machinable parts, metal enclosure, and test equipment. Design of custom plastic injection molded components. Tolerance study of mechanical parts and assemblies to ensure proper function and assembly. Cable routing and cable harness design. Detailed drawing creation and documentation releases. Use of ASME and GD&T drawing standards and practices. Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:  Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Good working attitude and can handle pressure. Solidworks experience is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills. Hands-on problem-solving experience Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
