Mdm Supervisor

o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

o At least 3-5 years in M DM work experience in a supervisory role

o Should have managed a team of at least 7 direct reports

o Should have experience in Shared Services/ BPO

o Should have experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, D365/AX Dynamics and MFG Pro preferred)

o Advance skills in the use of MS Office Application

o Should have good analytical skills

o Above average communication and interpersonal skills

o Team player skills

o Be able to work in a structured environment

o Good people management skills
