Plan effectively and efficiently in maintaining target safety stock, transit time and on-process pipeline in the supply chain- Prepares purchase orders covering requirements for production materials and supplies and services.- Ensures timely supply of materials to meet production demand according to production schedule through strict monitoring- Provides internal customers with information related to supplier capabilities particularly in terms of meeting production and delivery deadlines.- Sends order and performs material purchases; and keep complete suppliers' and orders' record.- Coordinates and ensures effective communication with suppliers about purchased materials' property/deliver plan/quality/budget.- Communicates with vendors to obtain import files and ensures successful and smooth customs inspection.- Provides timely feedback on concerns or problems on material supply to planners in order to ensure production plant adjustment/s.- Performs daily production monitoring and monitors such plan according to order requirements.- Performs inventory control and manage the E&O parts timely- Performs regular capacity analysis with supplier to avoid any long term material storage.- He/she will drive the maintenance of inventory level of the covered commodity within the target level and work support groups on the depletion and disposition of the ECO affected parts.- Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in components-related industry as a Buyer/Material Planner- Preferably with experience in working in an ISO-certified manufacturing company/Supply Chain.- Demonstrated good planning and problem solving competencies;- Excellent communication skills and can interface with different organizations both internally and externally- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Well-developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident**Job Type**: Fixed termContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Php20,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Rosario, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Buyer / Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)
