Knowledge in Social Media and Website management is a plus.
Experience helpful, but will consider anyone with the ability
to conduct and maintain an existing customer base while entertaining new inquiries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Capable to work well as a part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
Sound decision-making skills and able to understand what will appeal to customers.
Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out on invoices and understand statement of account figures
