Job Summary:
DrKumo Inc. is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist who will lead our digital marketing team in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation and support our sales objectives. This role requires a well-rounded professional with a diverse skill set in digital marketing, including SEO, content creation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, capable of guiding the team towards achieving measurable business results through innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Guidance: Lead the digital marketing team, providing direction and support in all aspects of digital marketing. Encourage innovation and accountability within the team to achieve and surpass business goals.
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that integrate various digital marketing disciplines including SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to increase brand awareness and lead generation with the ultimate end of closing sales.
Keyword Research and SEO Management: Utilize SEO as one of the tools to enhance online visibility and website traffic. Conduct keyword research and ensure SEO best practices are integrated with content strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Provide reports on market analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends to inform adjustments in marketing strategy.
Content Development Oversight: Oversee the production of engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand loyalty. Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement.
Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to
align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market. Apply these insights to enhance our marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven portfolio in leading digital marketing teams and campaigns.
Strong foundation in digital marketing practices.
Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly Proficient in the use of English for Business and Marketing.
Expert level in the use of Microsoft applications.
Copywriting
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines.
Experience in the following marketing vertical:

Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite and other useful tools and platforms.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of current online marketing trends and marketing technologies.
