Marketing Specialist

Job Specifications:- Graduate of Marketing, Economics, Psychology or any business course- Proficient in MS Excel- Can successfully work in a diverse environment and can effectively communicate with different levels of people within and outside organization- Analytical and can confidently present in front of a crowd- One (1) year experience in the field of sales and marketing is preferred but not requiredJob Summary:- Sales- Attainment of sales target of the assigned brand- Increase in sales versus last year of the assigned brand- Gross Profit- Attainment of gross profit target of the assigned brand- Increase in sales versus last year of the assigned brand- Marketing & Product Management- Attainment of promotion objectives- Increase in market share measured through Sales Ranking Report and other possible sources of credible data- Maintenance of ideal inventory level of the assigned brand as set by upper management whilst upholding or observing the desired number of SKUs needed to ensure sales and GP attainment- Management Reporting- Timely accomplishment of required reports and documents- Submission, analysis and presentation of other pertinent reports as required by the PMMD Head**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- On-site parkingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:Fully Vaccinated**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
