PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:) Scope: Owned Channels Support plans and execute strategies for websites and apps.Oversee owned channels to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant and engaging.Plan and execute SEO strategy to improve visibility.Collaborate with internal teams on marketing communications, including marketing database, newsletter, emails, social media accounts.Develop landing pages and optimize user experience.Scope: Paid Channels Manage budget and optimisation strategy based on trends and insights for paid search, metasearch, paid social, programmatic, display ads and rich media ads to generate effective ROI.Scope: Earned Channels Use tools and platforms to track brand mentions and sentiment across various social media platforms.Scope: Analysis and Reporting Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Provide reports and analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.Scope: Merchandising Develop attractive branding and point of sale displays for use by partners to attract and increase branding and usage of Lifestyle by Wyndham benefits.KEY POSITION CRITERIA: Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.At least 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience.Proven working experience in marketing, particularly well versed in digital marketing including Website CMS, SEO, SEM, marketing database, newsletter, social media, and marketing campaigns.Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, ideally certified (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, SEMRush, WordPress etc.).Experience in managing projects and agency relationships.Creative thinker with excellent written and spoken communication skills.Sound analysis, research evaluation and advisory skills, combined with creative problem-solving skills and conceptual skills for developing successful solutions and making recommendations.A strong eye for detail and accuracy with a good concept of the overall bigger scope.Adaptable in a matrix organization with a fast-paced environment, shows drive, initiative, and creativity.Where Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
