• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing
• Division and submit a report to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure that the brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events, email campaigns, and promotional material).
• Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media digital campaigns.
• Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting the marketing plan
