JOB QUALIFICATIONS:? With 3 years and up of work experience? BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevantdegree? Must be willing to travel to different provinces? Willing to start immediately in Angeles CityRESPONSIBILITIES:? Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for theMarketing? Division and submit report to Operations Manager.? Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across allmarketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material).? Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other mediadigital campaigns.? Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.? Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximizeprofits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.? Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjustingthe marketing plan.
