Marketing Coord (Full, Senior)

Responsibilities:

Support manager in scheduling and executive support
Support local market development department to achieve the goals
Support vendor management and onboarding to payment workflow
Manage invoicing/expenditure and budget tracking
Assist in preparing and tabulating relevant reports
Handle and track premiums/supplies fulfillment and delivery
Assist in organizing webinars/ events
Coordinate assigned projects between local market development department and other functions
Assist in any assigned ad-hoc tasks including reporting

Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma/Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Admin/Marketing or equivalentHave administrative experience for at least 1 to 2 yearsBe passionate and interested to explore in Marketing fieldAble to work independentlyHave good people skill to follow up with different departments in order to complete the assigned tasksHave positive thinking and multitasking skillHave proper time management skillProficient in Excel and PowerPoint FedEx was built on a philosophy that puts people first, one we take seriously.
