**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with senior marketing staff to implement marketing strategies that meet company goals.
2. **Market Research:**
- Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to optimize marketing strategies.
- Compile research findings into actionable reports for team discussions.
3. **Content Creation:**
- Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
4. **Social Media Management:**
- Assist in managing and growing MetroMart's social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring feedback.
- Track social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
5. **Administrative Support:**
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, and maintaining databases.
- Help coordinate marketing events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments (sales, product management, and customer service) to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or related role (internships included).
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., social media tools, email marketing platforms).
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
