Responsibilities:
Client Outreach and Lead Generation:
? Proactively engage in email and phone-based outreach to identify and connect with potential clients.
? Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent and targeted communication efforts.
LinkedIn Marketing:
? Optimize and manage our LinkedIn presence to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
? Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to identify and reach out to key decision-makers.
Referral Program Implementation:
? Design and implement a referral program to incentivize existing clients and partners to refer new business.
? Track and analyze the effectiveness of the referral program, making adjustments as needed to maximize results.
Social Media Management:
? Oversee our social media presence and enhance our visibility across various platforms.
Reporting and Analysis:
? Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for increasing client acquisition.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience in Video Editing and Content Creation is a PLUS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with LinkedIn as a marketing and sales tool.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
