**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:Power Supply Contract Acquisition: Perform timely discussion, assessment, negotiation, and closing of PSAs, including key commercial terms and pricing, with partner Generation Companies, considering optimal contractual arrangements vis-à-vis sales pipeline.Power Supply Portfolio Management: Perform various simulations regularly to identify optimal supply blending of power contracts or WESM sourcing vs existing and/or forthcoming retail supply contracts, taking into account risk management/changes in prices of relevant commodities, for the determination of the Business Unit's contracting strategies to effect portfolio optimization vs sales pipelines. Provide monthly management reports covering developments and/or proposed changes to the supply portfolio.Keep abreast of the developments in the Philippine Power Industry with emphasis on the Competitive Retail Electricity Market (CREM).Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.**Job Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Marketing or other business-related courses.Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in the power industry, preferably with familiarity in the CREM.Preferably with intermediate skills in MS Excel.Competencies:Is strategic and have strong negotiation skills, with good command in the verbal language.Ability to work with mínimal supervision.Results-oriented,**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- On-site parking- Paid training- Pay raise- Transportation service provided- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Early shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
