REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager
JOB PURPOSE: Focus on the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes to achieve efficient and cost-effective production; Collaboration with design, production, and quality teams to ensure that products are manufactured to
the highest standards; Involved in troubleshooting process issues, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Industrial EngineeringWith 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing EngineeringProficiency in CAD / CAM software and other engineering toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
