Position: Mandarin Sr. Marketing Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications.
5+ years' experience in a managerial role with 3 years of experience in the online gaming industry or digital marketing or e-commerce marketing.
Has a business understanding of the Marketing and Advertising code of conduct.
Technical knowledge of Basic SEO, Accounting, and data analysis knowledge, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities:
Market Development – East Asia Market
• Develop business plans and strategies that are not limited to target acquisition, retention, channel promotions, affiliates, and agents, drive and monitor business strategies, allocate and control expenditures, interpret and present report findings to penetrate growing markets, and expand mature markets for the upcoming year.
Manpower Management
• Determine organization structure and manpower requirements for each position to cover key marketing functions and operations.
• Interview qualified candidates, hire manpower, guide, and motivate staff, and mitigate staff-related incidents to create a balanced workforce and align with marketing targets and goals.
Internal and External relationship
• Request, negotiate, and create agreements with internal and external parties to engage new channels and partners, resolve incidents, develop smooth work processes, and achieve marketing plans.
Project Management
• Facilitate and analyze business requirements, plan, and organize the project in order to realize the goal of the project.
Training
• Coach and advice staff on work performance, areas of improvement, and work processes to create an independently knowledgeable and efficient workforce.
