Role OverviewThe Manager, Procurement will be responsible for overseeing the procurement team and the process to ensure effective and efficient procurement of resources, strategizing to find cost-effective deals with vendors, and ensuring compliance of the procurement process to the organization's set procedures and policies.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesOverall in charge of end-to-end Procurement processes (including sourcing and negotiation) and supervises the team.Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, analyzing industry trends, and providing insights on cost-saving opportunities.Maintain vendor relationships, data, and reports.Implement strict compliance of supplier code-of-conduct and other company requirements.Implement reasonable SLAs and KPIs to the team and respective vendors.Provide monthly reporting for procurement progress.Create and handle maintenance of departments in Procurify and Quickbooks.Provide significant support in finance-wide projects, including, but not limited to, process automations and system enhancements.Perform tasks which may be assigned from time to time.Key StakeholdersFinance (all teams), C Suite and other department leaders, External - vendors (both local and global).

Educational and Certification RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any business-related course.
Direct Reports and Span of ControlThis role will be responsible for about two (2) Specialists, Procurement and two (2) Analysts, Procurement.
